Once the plan is approved, we get to work. Our experienced construction team manages every aspect of the build — from site preparation and foundation to structure, finishing, and quality control. We focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship at every stage.

  • Snag List / Punch List Completion — Fixing any outstanding issues or minor defects.
  • Handover Documentation — Provide keys, warranties, certificates, manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Client Handover & Orientation — Walk the client through systems (electrical, HVAC, etc.) and maintenance needs.
  • Post-Handover Support — Ongoing support for any queries, fixes, or touch-ups.
  • Project Closure — Final invoicing, feedback collection, and formal project sign-off.
